The production line can be used to produce PE double wall corrugated pipe with the inner diameter of up to 1000mm.
1. As the core part of the corrugated pipe production line, Zhongyun S&R’s Model ZTC-1000H corrugator can realize efficient cooling and fast molding of double wall corrugated pipe through adopting the patent technology of PQFTM forcibly fast cooling technique. Comparing with the cooling method of previous corrugator, it greatly raises the efficiency of both corrugations forming and cooling of the corrugated pipes. Consequently, the output of the production line is increased by 40%.
2. This double wall corrugated pipe production line is equipped with our MULTIEXTM system. This new technical solution can help lower your energy consumption when you produce small diameter double wall corrugated pipes, and can guarantee enough amount of feeding materials when you produce larger diameter corrugated pipes.
3. The calibrating mandrel on our double wall corrugated pipe production line has a super abrasion resistance, and the lifespan of our calibrating mandrel is as long as the whole production line, which means that you needn’t to change the calibrating mandrel during your long-term use of the double wall corrugated pipe production line. Even using the recycled PE material for production of the double wall corrugated pipe, our calibrating mandrel will not be abraded.
4. The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision of the corrugated pipe production line and stable quality of the corrugated pipe.
